At NTEX VINA, quality is the cornerstone of our manufacturing and export services. We implement a comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) system across all stages of production to ensure every garment meets international standards before shipment.
Our 4-Step Quality Control Process
Fabric & Trim Inspection (IQC)
- Inspecting 100% of incoming raw materials, fabrics, and accessories.
- Testing colorfastness, shrinkage, fabric weight (GSM), and checking for physical defects using standard testing equipment before cutting.
Pre-Production & In-Line Inspection (IPQC)
- Obtaining client approval for Pre-Production Samples (PPS) prior to bulk cutting.
- Continuous in-line monitoring on sewing lines to identify and rectify defects immediately.
End-Line & Final Inspection (FQC)
- 100% end-line visual inspection for stitching precision, measurement accuracy, and appearance.
- Final Random Inspection (FRI) based on AQL 2.5 / 4.0 standards before garment packing.
Metal & Needle Detection (Pre-Shipment)
- 100% metal detection for all finished products to meet safety requirements for global retail markets.

AQL Standards
Strict adherence to Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL 1.5 / 2.5 / 4.0) according to client requirements.
